How We Started
Hosts Consulting was created in 2020 by Maximiliano Fava and Emiliano Cútolo, combining both of their careers with over 25 years in the gastronomy industry.
Maximiliano started in the world of gastronomy in the family event business, which he now leads, operating a production plant with more than 80 employees and organizing all types of events for over 25 years.
On the other hand, Emiliano has developed his career in the hotel sector, working for international companies such as the Ritz Carlton Madrid for 5 years, and serving as operations director for the Le Pain Quotidien brand in Spain and Argentina for more than 15 years.
Today, both are entrepreneurs and manage their own companies and franchises both locally and internationally:
In Argentina: Fava Catering and production plant, Fava Bakery, Philo Café, Le Pain Quotidien, Meals Company production plant, Teia Bakery, and Pizzerías Canchera. Internationally: The Empanadas Miami, Philo Café, and Dormenico production plant in Spain.
Together, they have developed and managed innovative gastronomic concepts, providing comprehensive solutions to various clients around the world, in both new projects and advising brands on entering different markets.
They combine their strengths and know-how to offer 360° consulting, covering all areas and needs of each client, treating each project as their own.
